Overview
- Tier One Technologies is seeking a Systems Administrator to provide IT assurance, help desk services, operational support, and asset management support for our DoD client.
- This on-site position will be located at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV.
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday: 07:00 - 17:00 (Personnel are required to take staggered lunch breaks)
- Must be a US Citizen and have Active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities
- Utilize current and future systems, including but not limited to ServiceNow and the Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS).
- Perform security updates to ensure systems are in compliance with applicable DoW, DAF, and local policies.
- Configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain connectivity of IT assets, including peripherals, on NIPR/SIPR networks.
- Resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Inventory and track all accountable IT assets, including peripheral equipment.
- Manage user computer and email accounts, including network resource permissions, security groups, and distribution lists.
- Maintain all 99 CES secure Tactical Local Area Network Encryption (TACLANE) devices for SIPR enclaves.
- Administer 99 CES and all subordinate units' SharePoint sites, manage permissions, provide SharePoint utilization advice, and provide technical solutions.
- Attend meetings requiring CES-IT presence and informational presentation.
- Provide complete, accurate and timely reports (deliverables) using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, or other DAF approved software via email.
- Complete Cybersecurity training within 2 weeks of start date.
- Comply with all local and base policies regarding cellular and other personal electronic devices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution in a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with System Administration in a help desk or technical support environment.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
- Be able to pass a drug screening, criminal history, and credit checks.
- Must have lived in the United States for the past 5 years.
