Overview
- Tier One Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Operations Analyst with expertise in Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) to support our Department of Defense (DoD) client.
- This on-site position will be based in Dahlgren, VA or San Diego, CA.
- The role requires occasional travel between these locations, with the possibility of travel to Naples, Italy.
- Candidates must be US Citizens with active Secret security clearance and TS/SCI eligibility.
- SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate Subject Matter level of expertise in developing materials in support of advanced tactical training, operational support, doctrine development, and capability assessment.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of military experience, and/or relevant industry or government experience with the Navy’s surface combat systems, C5I, networks, weapons systems, and Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) planning tools and systems.
- 5+ years of experience aboard Navy cruisers, destroyers, frigates, or within Department of Defense warfare areas.
- Authority to employ the Aegis Weapon System (i.e. Tactical Action Officer (TAO), Air Warfare Coordinator (AAWC), Battle Watch Captain).
- Possess a Tactical Action Officer Qualification Letter or BMD (Ballistics Missile Defense) Watch Officer qualifications letter.
- Experience in Navy Combat Systems development.
- Experience in Rapid Capability Development processes.
- Experience in Review and Collaboration on Navy Technical Documentation.
- Understanding of DOTMLPF (Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership and Education, Personnel, and Facilities) Process.
- Experience and understanding of Navy T&E (test & evaluation) process.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Active Secret DoD clearance with TS/SCI eligibility required.
