Overview

IT – Sr. EDI Specialist

12+ months contract; Boston, MA (hybrid)

 

Summary:

  • Tier One Technologies is looking for a Senior EDI Specialist to support our Massachusetts State Government client.
  • This hybrid contract position will be based in Boston, MA
  • The position requires the ability to coordinate and facilitate integration discussions with third parties, develop and maintain documentation, coordinate extensive testing with multiple parties and perform impact assessments.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Document and maintain integration documentation and process flows, where applicable, that can be used for implementation.
  • Liaise with third party vendors and agency cross functional SMEs to support implementation, testing, triage and issue resolution.
  • Flag any risks and remediation steps to the project management team, as part of EDI implementation processes.
  • Facilitate and perform integration testing with multiple upstream and downstream parties, including planning, environment management, issue tracking and resolution.
  • Work with the cross functional project leads to address project issues and mitigate risk.
  • Support the planning and coordination project deliverables, goals, milestones.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
  • 5+ years of integration implementation experience including EDI.
  • Experience with software development lifecycles, implementations, integrations, along with strong project and task management are essential.
  • Proficiency in the following MS Project, MS Office 365, Excel and Visio.
  • Former local, state, and federal government experience preferred.
  • Experience with State Based Marketplaces and Health Insurance Carriers preferred.
