Mainframe Production Support Operator

MUST BE US CITIZEN.  SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION.

• Tier One Technologies is seeking a Mainframe Production Support Operator to support our US Government client.
• This will be a hybrid or 100% remote Contract-to-Hire position.

• Responsible for supporting a large Mainframe payroll application.
• Candidate will be trained under 1^st shift and then move to 2^nd shift for full support.

• Must have a general IBM Mainframe knowledge and 2-4 years of related experience.
• Prior experience scheduling and executing batch schedules.
• Ability to work 2^nd shift (02:00 PM - 10:00 PM).
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
• A degree from an accredited College/University in the applicable field of services is a plus.
