Place of Performance:  Onsite at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling (JBAB) 

Assist the government customer upgrade their platform.  Once uprgraded, assist to implement HAM and SAM.

• Review core data with the Customer for alignment
• Upload and/or update core data as needed
• Build out Asset workflow
• Load the model data provided by Customer
• Activate the Procurement plugin
• Publish models to the Product Catalog
• Assist with defining hardware models
• Assist with defining stockroom data
stockrooms

• Configure the following:
o Model Categories and Model
Management
o CI and Asset creation
o CMDB forms
o Asset form
o IMAC processes and notifications
o Disposal Process and notifications
o Stock rules and Stockroom notifications
o Catalog and Catalog request items for
hardware
o dashboard and/or reports
• Enable and configure the HAM Mobile Interface
load HAM content library
• Load model data with model numbers and normalize
with HAM Pro Content
• Review OOB Asset Task processes for :
o Deployments
o Hardware Swap (Incident)
o Retire
• OOB Lifecycle Automation Review
o Hardware Asset Order
o Bulk Stock Order
• Review OOB Inventory Audit process
• Previous customizations to the procurement module will
need to be evaluated to determine impact on HAM-Pro
features
• Review Asset [alm_asset] table and provide estimates
based on findings
